The Style Guide For Athletic Men
Fellas, I get it. I'm a fitness freak but I also like to dress well. It's hard to find clothes that properly fit our bodies and I've had my fair share of struggles. That's why I started this blog, I can't be the only one going through this so I'll be sharing my experiences and things I've learned (and continously learning) to "hack" looking fly and fit. Fit Man Style is a place where style and fitness intersect.
I don't know, maybe yall are better than me but I suck at breakfast. It's not that I'm too lazy to wake up early to make breakfast, I do wake up early every day (5am) but I'm off to the gym and by the time I come back I'm on....
If there is something I've learned in my fitness journey is that the one movement, the one equipment that I hate doing and using the most is the one I need to be doing all the time. Burpees suck. Weighted vests suck. Doing burpees with a weighted vest? wtf bro!!
